TTC Homes™ is based in picturesque Marseilles, Illinois, roughly an hour and a half outside of Chicago. We have a long history in construction and a wide range of work experience. Founder Tim May has been in the industry for a long time and has a variety of carpentry, repair and home-improvement projects under his belt.

Tim’s passion for creating dream homes was ignited in his younger years during his time working in home development. While working on a project early in his career he was asked to do framing and quickly discovered his love of carpentry. This sent him on a lifelong mission to provide customers with exactly what they were looking for: a combination of exceptional craftmanship, high-quality materials and outstanding customer service.

Tim knew he could only achieve these aspirations to the best of his abilities if he was working as his own boss. In 2003, he started his own business, found satisfaction working for himself and the rest is history!
